Art gets approved

Final art about a week out, so screens and transfers are done before the freight leaves La Habra.

Crew arrives early

The gear ships ahead to your dock and the crew flies in a day early to build and test the station.

Prints happen live

Guests choose a design and a size and walk off wearing it about two minutes later.

Why live

A gift bag gets left behind.
A live press draws a crowd.

Miami guests during Art Week can hit three parties a night, and most of them leave with a bag of things they never open. Live screen printing in Miami gives them a reason to stop. They pick the design, watch it get pulled, and wear it out onto Collins Avenue.

Recent work in Miami: a two-day live print activation at the Hyundai Air & Sea Show, May 23 and 24. A two-person crew flew in, the press and supply crate shipped ahead, and we printed up to 4-color front designs for attendees from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. both days. Read the case study.

Good to know

Most Miami events land between $5K and $15K all-in. Headcount, print hours, the garments you pick and the load-in all move it. You get one itemized quote within 24 hours covering crew, presses, garments, setup, teardown, every print, and travel as its own line.

Up to 60 an hour per press. Our standard station runs two presses with two printers, which clears 100+ an hour once the line is moving. Each guest waits about two minutes, from blank to finished shirt. Here's how we size a live printing station for a Miami crowd.

About 10×10 ft of floor per station and two dedicated 120V circuits for the flash dryers. At the Miami Beach Convention Center that power gets ordered through the venue. Presses, ink, garments, tables and crew all come with us, indoors or under a tent.

Six to ten weeks. Miami is 2,317 straight-line miles from our La Habra shop, so the gear ships freight and the crew flies in a day early. Art Week and big convention weeks are worth booking at the long end. A closer date can still work with simple art, so ask.

No. Live t-shirt printing is where a lot of Miami events start, but we also press full-color DTF on hoodies and totes, run a build-your-own hat bar, stitch live embroidery, and customize drinkware. Most Miami events pair one core station with one upgrade.

Yes. We're based in La Habra, CA. For a Miami date the presses ship freight ahead and the crew flies in a day early. Travel and lodging show up as their own line on your itemized quote.

Yes. A press works well in a booth at the Miami Beach Convention Center or a hotel ballroom show. We build the station into your footprint and print shirts, hats and totes for attendees while the aisle watches.

Crew, presses and equipment, garments, setup and teardown, and every piece printed during your event window, all itemized in one quote, with travel on its own line. That holds for a sponsor lounge, a resort gifting suite or a private party.

Anywhere a 10×10 station fits. That includes the Miami Beach Convention Center, hospitality spaces at the Kaseya Center, Wynwood warehouses like Mana Wynwood and Soho Studios, hotel decks like 1 Hotel South Beach, and ballrooms in Coral Gables and Doral. We cover South Florida from Doral up to Fort Lauderdale. Art Week pop-ups and product launches have their own page: live printing for brand activations. Bayfront Park weekends and other outdoor shows get their own plan too (see live printing for Miami festivals), and kickoffs and conferences are covered under live printing for Miami corporate events.

Miami season

Miami runs on its own calendar

Most of Miami's big brand moments land between December and May. Art Basel takes over the Miami Beach Convention Center and half the hotels on Collins in early December. Ultra and Miami Music Week fill March, and the Grand Prix brings a weekend of hospitality suites to Hard Rock Stadium in May.

Humidity is what people forget to plan for. It slows drying and makes cotton heavier, so we bring extra drying capacity and keep blanks sealed until they're on the press. Outdoor setups in Wynwood or on the sand get shade and a backup power plan, because the afternoon storms show up right on time.

We've done this here before. Our team ran a live print activation with Hyundai at the Miami Air & Sea Show, and Sony, Foot Locker and Coca-Cola are on our client list too.
